return policy: if you are not satisfied with your online purchase from zozo for kids, you may return it for an exchange or refund. all returns must be post-marked within 15 days of the original shipping date. returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still in tact. we cannot take back any items showing signs of use. shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. items purchased in person at our chicago store can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
please note that all sale items (purchased both online and in our store) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, nor refunded.
shipping policy:we ship all items directly from our store in chicago, illinois. all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving it. orders shipped outside illinois will not be charged sales tax; items sent within illinois will be charged sales tax.
please note that bulky items, including; wooden toys, toy chests, tables, chairs, and oversized wall hangings will be charged additional shipping based on the weight of the item.
in the unlikely event we are unable to accommodate your order, we will respond immediately via phone or email.
international shipping:zozo does ship internationally, but cannot be held responsible for customs clearance for any item shipped outside the United States.
gift wrapping:our gift-wrapping services are free! we will wrap your gift with colorful tissue paper in our trademark brown box with accent ribbon. just be sure to write that you would like gift wrapping in the comment section of the order form!
